There is no greater moment than the one you realize how eternally, internally and masterfully loved you are. Whether this love stems from your own branches or from the divine orchestra of a universe. There is no greater moment than accepting that your placement upon this planet is not by mere coincidence but by a well thought out plan of attack. An attack to anchor in the frequency of love and ignite the dormant passion of our infinite vessels.

Gratitude is one of those things I am creating a deep relationship with. Allowing myself to open to gratidue has created a safe space for me to introspect my life, intentions and relationship with self. It is completely up to me to show persistence in gratitude just with all things. Every day I awaken with the sweetness of breathing life into my lungs and allowing my mind to freely express what has been created in the subconscious realms of my dreams. Through my connection with gratitude I have overcome the perception of obstacles and I can now look at situations as opportunity for growth. Through this divine interaction I release any need to control or know an outcome. I am able to live freely in the present moment enjoying the encounters of love that creator continues to gift me each day.

Cultivating a relationship with gratitude has expanded my awareness and receptivity to life. I am now able to live freely within the constructs of that gratitude because it is infinite in all its forms. I find myself continuously in awe of how many moments present themselves as blessings when we are vibrating with the frequency of gratitude. Gratitude is the eternal fountain of grace and peace. It dissolves boundaries and pushes limitations, it opens doorways and clears paths, it is the glue of our existence, universe and connection to source.

I had a vision the other day…

My being spiraled into a vortex of light and color as I blasted off into the infinite realms of my own existence. Suddenly I was drifting beyond the pink and purple clouds and was now unison part of the cosmos. I saw the solar system as we know it and could feel the intensity of their individual power, their divine essence. I did not exist. Yet I was everything. The vast abyss of space was soothing and allowed me to feel whole. I then could hear the voice of our creator… whom spoke… “I am the glue that holds this entire universe together, when the beings are ungrateful for what they have and they under appreciate me, their planet and themselves, I will self destruct. I am the black hole in which will absorb all of the planet’s and hold them within. But when the beings are able to appreciate what they have and give thanks, I will nourish them with a sacred life. A sacred connection. A sacred purpose.”

This vision held a powerful message for myself and humanity. It is completely up to us as individuals to create a relationship with the divine, with the planet and with the self. We are coexisting with creator in every moment and it is up to us to uncover the truth of our own existence. To uncover our own connection. To overcome the darkness within self destruction and see that even when we feel we have destroyed every last bit, the answer lays within. The abyss of knowledge, wisdom and love you were ungrateful for lays within the confinements of your ability to be receptive and conscious of your existence.

May your day be filled with an expansive amalgamation of joy. Through each breath may you be captivated by the present moment. Allowing your cells to be revitalized and whole through the conscious connection to our vast universe.

My words come bubbling up like lava, no way to hold them back. The piercing burn of passion begins to dance up my spine. I have no control over others but I do return to my internal senses and move with the roaring fire. My flames reak of pine resin and sweet grass, hurling these amplifications of wisdom & clarity through forests of intertwining weeds. Through my constant devotion to source I return to the cave of wander and rest through my minds eye. Treading the way, feeling the New Earth that has been laid through my gurgling voice. Walk upon my foundation and feel the energetic response of these ancestors songs. We are one.

Grounding Meditation

Imagine for a moment…

The cleansing waters of Mother Earth gently pulsating over you, imagine yourself rooting into the core of Mother Earth, laying among her moss beds and flower fields. This moment is perfect, as birds chirp above flowing with the breeze. The sun overhead warming your skin, this vortex of energy begins to shift your senses to the present moment. Water is a shocking cool temperature, a great balance between the heat of the day and your deep breathing. Each moment you are captivated by the simplicity and complexity of this bountiful planet. Insects whom once went unnoticed begin to show you wisdom through their own divine nature. Trudging along dirt, rocks and branches the world we once walked over becomes familiar. The smells of fresh pine and earthen pheromones entrance you deeper into the mystery. Grounded, breathing, becoming whole as Mother Earth heals us with her frequencies and melodies. Gratitude consumes you as a bird captures it’s midday snack. A dragonfly you watched swirling overhead, playing, dancing, begins to beckon you further into this forest.

There is a sense of unfamiliarity, the unknown, a sense of freedom through exploration and the mystery of how life comes together.

An overwhelming force of trust and protection asks you to make the choice. Will you walk forward into the unknown or will you remain comfortable, nestled among the waterside always wondering what the noises were.

It is time.

You move graciously uprooting your upper body so you are able to move with ease. Branches begin to sprout from your arms and crown chakra. Feeling down through your legs you notice your feet are still grounded, deep within the core of Mother Earth. This allows you to feel safe and secure knowing you may always remember your way home by following your roots. A rustle in the forest bewilders your present moment and you fiercely move into your primal instincts. “Who is there?” You ask in a stern voice. A gentle reminder of how supported and protected you are as Great Spirit washes over you, and the being presents themselves, it is your guide for this journey. A guide who will show you the way of the 7 directions and will serve as an Earth Guardian among this path. You accept the hand of your guardian with love, trust and acceptance asking that all of the sacred ancestors, guides, and divine assistance come forth through this Earthen Guardian.

Through this exchange of trust and acceptance your guardian begins to call you forward into the depths of the forest. A glimmer of light catches your eye through the over head trees, casting shadows and rainbows glistening on fiery water droplets. This moment is extraordinary, unlike anything you have ever experienced.

Your senses are invigorated by the smells, sight, feel, sound and taste of the forest. Each moment captivating you, channeling you deeper into the healing nature of Mother Earth. You begin to acknowledge how grateful you are to have chosen to walk this path. To trust in Great Spirit, our creator, and allow the instinctual nature of joy to flow through the crevasses of fear and uncertainty.

You are exactly where you are meant to be. And if you feel that you are not, allow this meditation to invigorate and empower your senses. To expand your consciousness in the most graceful way and to alleviate all that no longer serves your well being. Through connection with Mother Earth we find that our divine duty and presence upon her surface is in correlation with all beings whom inhabit her. It is through conscious connection that we find our purpose and accept our physical role. Through continuous integration of ways of being we are better able to understand the internal conflict of lack of self acceptance and self love. Mother Earth opens her heart to you, the divinity of your cellular structure and your Akashic wisdom. May you find internal peace as you walk forward in acceptance and surrender to the present moment. You are guided, supported and loved through these shifts and each moment is an opportunity to dive into your own being, your Youniverse and access the wisdom of your guides.

Balance

The pounding of my heart seems to drown out any words, I keep trying to make sense of things. Stuck in the mind. The heart reminds me to return to the physical. Stop over analyzing. Life a beautiful mystery. That’s the gift.

We are here to play. They tried to fool us into some sick paradox of working to be somebody but you never find out who you are cause you’re spending so much time doing. I am over it. Asking us to come back to our heart center. Listening to the beating veins, acknowledging the adrenaline. When your voice is submerged under barreling water it feels like drowning. It feels like nothing is safe. Like nothing matters. Yet that’s the key. You don’t have to use your voice to get through things. Silence the mind, silence the need to say.

Listen.

Listen to your inner drum that beats with your intuition. Feel into the moment.

Breathe.

We have gotten so lost in the doing we forget what helps us get it done.

The oxegyn of our Earth, the bodies lungs & the heart chambers that breathe with the velocity of your life force. What a precious gift to work so simultaneously. The harmony of our physical flesh and Earth is amplified by just being.

Take this moment to remain present and find your center within the chaotic realm of mindful matters. Find the center of where your heart essence meets your passion and voice.

Solar plexus, heart chakra, and throat chakra come into balance to create a harmonic color. Expanding our essence of self and expression. When in balance we don’t have to live in the worrisome realm of an unbalanced mind. We are free to openly navigate this Earth with intention.

The intention of love is powerful. It amplifies our purpose. It connects us to something much greater than we can even begin to comprehend. We try to understand and try to speak on things we know nothing about.

So now I ask that we return to the heart center in moments of illusion and creation, Asking ourselves if the present moment is asking of our energy in certain ways or if we can acknowledge situations in a new way. Of release and momentum.

Of breath and heart essence. Of presence and love.

There comes a point in life when we begin to question who we are, what we’re doing, how we’re doing it and what do we do next. I think the hardest part is removing any attachment to the outcome or removing any judgement from the view.
